I've spent 25 years working with organisations, people and the problems that sit between the two.

I've worked across HR, organisational development and consultancy, including work with NHS organisations, healthcare providers and other public-sector organisations.

Somewhere along the way I also became a writer.

I now combine the two — helping organisations solve problems, communicate clearly and make complicated things easier to understand.
