As an experienced HR and OD professional I have spent a lot of time examining and developing job descriptions and person specifications for different professions. Through my background in the NHS as lead expert job evaluator reviewing clinical and non clinical roles and scoring provides a wealth of experience in developing quality documents that make sense to the business and prospective new employees. I recently worked on a project creating a portfolio of digital job descriptions for NHS England, helping devise hierarchy, clarity and consistency across a range of technical positions.
